Organic American Einkorn Sourdough 🇺🇸
Golden, nutty, and naturally leavened. Our Organic American Einkorn Sourdough is baked with American-grown organic einkorn that we mill fresh in-house, then slow-ferment with our wild sourdough starter (no commercial yeast). Expect a sun-gold crumb, honeyed aroma, and a tender, pillowy bite—perfect for toast, sandwiches, and cheese boards.

Toast with cultured butter & honey, soft sandwiches, grilled cheese, or French toast. Also great with olive oil, flaky salt, and a squeeze of lemon.

Storage & refresh
Best at room temp in a paper bag or bread box (no refrigeration).
For longer keeping: slice & freeze airtight; toast straight from frozen.
To refresh the crust: warm at 350°F for 8–12 minutes; rest 5 minutes before slicing.
