Every bread we make is sourdough, made with freshly-milled whole wheat flour that we source from small, trusted farms around the world.
Premium American Ancient Grains 🇺🇸
Our Premium American Ancient sourdough bread contains only our premium Emmer and Kamut® grains, which makes this very rich and deep in flavor, nutty with a buttery texture.
American Ancient Grains 🇺🇸
Our American Ancient sourdough is made using a blend of four organic ancient grains grown in the USA, yielding tastes nutty and fragrant with a rich texture and is a versatile serving choice for all settings.
Premium Canadian Ancient Grains 🇨🇦
Our Premium Canadian Ancient Grains contains a higher percentage of only Einkorn and Khorasan. The combination of these two premium grains make it nutritious, slightly buttery, deeply nutty and flavorful.
Canadian Ancient Grains 🇨🇦
The Canadian Ancient sourdough makes full use of ancient grains imported from Canada with Canadian Red Fife to create a loaf which is nutty, fragrant with a hint of Canadian earthiness.
American Einkorn 🇺🇸
Our American Einkorn sourdough has the highest percentage of the einkorn grain in all of our offerings, which means it is super nutritious, nutty and fragrant.
Swiss Spelt 🇨🇭
Our Swiss Spelt sourdough is European style bread made with spelt imported from Switzerland. Our spelt is a nutty tasting version which tastes neutral and chewier than our other bread, and is a perfect compliment for any meal or dish.
German Ancient Grains 🇩🇪
Our German Ancient sourdough loaves are darker, nutty and wholesome, using organic grains directly from Germany. We invoke memories of families baking bread long ago.
German Spelt 🇩🇪
Our German Spelt sourdough is made with 100% Dinkel imported from Germany. This is a darker and nutty bread with a hardcore following among our customers.
American Rye 🇺🇸
Deep, dense and earthy, our American Rye sourdough is a classic fine rye, without the use of any caraway seeds. The consistent texture of this bread makes it an excellent choice for sandwiches and canapes.
Canadian Red Fife 🇨🇦
The Red Fife used in our Canadian Red Fife sourdough is a heritage Canadian grain, at least 150 years old, which gives our loaves an extremely pleasant, fragrant, and earthy flavor, best described as boldly Canadian.
German Emmer 🇩🇪
Our German Emmer is made with a highest percentage of emmer grains directly from Germany. Some breweries in Germany make emmer-based beers, so we thought it would be fun to pair this sourdough with a glass of German beer and sizzling sausages.
German Rye 🇩🇪
Our German Rye Sourdough is made with the rye grains that have been freshly harvested and brought to us straight from our partnered farm in Germany. The nutty and slightly malty flavor of our German Rye Sourdough will make a perfect addition to your meal.
