Bake-at-Home Sourdough Baguettes
We now offer Bake-at-Home Sourdough Baguettes (Set of 4)!
Made with freshly milled ancient grains, it’s the same baguette we bake daily in our bakery—partially baked, then safely packaged and deep-frozen. Each comes in a demi-size (180g / 6oz), perfect for baking fresh at your own pace.
Simply keep them frozen upon arrival. When you’re ready, pop one in the oven to finish baking, and enjoy that just-baked, fresh bread experience right at home.
Each loaf weighs about 180g.
Ingredients: Organic American KAMUT™, organic hard white, natural spring water, sea salt.
EASY 1-2-3 Steps
1. FREEZE
Freeze your bread in its packaging once it arrives & store it up to 6 months
2. THAW
When ready to eat, thaw your loaf at room temperature overnight
3. BAKE
Pre-heat the oven to 475°F, remove the bread from its packaging, and heat the bread loaf for 10-15 minutes. This will give you a soft and moist interior and a crispy crust. It might take some time but it’s worth the wait!
