Nutty, fragrant, and naturally leavened, our Organic American Ancient Grains Sourdough is baked with a 100% organic, U.S.-grown blend of four ancient wheatsāKAMUTĀ® (Khorasan), spelt, einkorn, and emmer. We mill our flour fresh in-house and rely on a long, slow sourdough fermentation (no commercial yeast) to develop deeper flavor, a rich chew, and a beautifully aromatic crumb.
