Nutty, fragrant, and naturally leavened, our Organic American Ancient Grains Sourdough is baked with a 100% organic, U.S.-grown blend of four ancient wheats—KAMUTĀ® (Khorasan), spelt, einkorn, and emmer. We mill our flour fresh in-house and rely on a long, slow sourdough fermentation (no commercial yeast) to develop deeper flavor, a rich chew, and a beautifully aromatic crumb.

Bread of My Dreams

I just received my American ancient grains sourdough bread in the mail and of course I had to immediately try it after warming in oven. It was everything I wanted in a bread, hearty and dense and a true "sour" dough flavor. It was perfect!! I am overjoyed to have finally found my dream bread! THANK YOU!

Too many holes

I very much liked the wholesome taste of this bread AND that it is healthy because it is baked with so many organic ancient grains, in comparison to the standard breads that are offered by supermarkets, but the bakers have to work on the kneading process, because there were too many large holes in almost every slice, making it almost impossible to apply any bread spread. I hope they can fix that.
