Organic American Einkorn Sourdough šŗšø
Golden, nutty, and naturally leavened. Our Organic American Einkorn Sourdough is baked with a blend of American-grown organic einkorn and organic hard wheat that weĀ mill fresh in-house, then slow-ferment with our wild sourdough starter (no commercial yeast). Expect a sun-gold crumb, honeyed aroma, and a tender, pillowy biteāperfect for toast, sandwiches, and cheese boards.

Also available: 100% Einkorn Sourdough ā made only with fresh-milled organic whole einkorn and a 100% einkorn starter. A hearty, European-style loaf with a compact crumb. Very limited (10 loaves/week).

Storage & refresh
Best at room temp in a paper bag or bread box (no refrigeration).
For longer keeping: slice & freeze airtight; toast straight from frozen.
To refresh the crust: warm at 350°F for 8ā12 minutes; rest 5 minutes before slicing.
