Golden, nutty, and naturally leavened. Our Organic American Einkorn Sourdough is baked with a blend of American-grown organic einkorn and organic hard wheat that we mill fresh in-house, then slow-ferment with our wild sourdough starter (no commercial yeast). Expect a sun-gold crumb, honeyed aroma, and a tender, pillowy bite—perfect for toast, sandwiches, and cheese boards.

 

Also available: 100% Einkorn Sourdough — made only with fresh-milled organic whole einkorn and a 100% einkorn starter. A hearty, European-style loaf with a compact crumb. Very limited (10 loaves/week).

Serving ideas


Toast with cultured butter & honey, soft sandwiches, grilled cheese, or French toast. Also great with olive oil, flaky salt, and a squeeze of lemon.

 

Storage & refresh


Best at room temp in a paper bag or bread box (no refrigeration).

For longer keeping: slice & freeze airtight; toast straight from frozen.

To refresh the crust: warm at 350°F for 8–12 minutes; rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Good bread

It was nice bread. I enjoyed it toasted in the air fryer, a little butter and an oil/vinegar spiced dip. Very nice. I’d like to know more about the specifics regarding the sources/ingredients within, as well as the process in making the bread. If it matches ancient traditions/ingredients, I’d be happy to buy again.

I thought I ordered 100% einkorn flour. Didn’t realize it had other grains with it. Einkorn is the only flour I’ll eat.
