Excellent- looking forward to try your bread!

We ordered 4 pizza crusts. They came on time and looked fresh upon arrival. We kept them cold for four days and then baked them with topppjngs. The dough has a great chew and I love the amount of sour. I appreciate the longer fermentation method and the organic heirloom grains used - making this pizza dough a healthier option. We will definitely order again and look forward to buying bread next!
