Jammy figs, golden crumb, gentle tang. Our Organic Ancient Grain Fig Sourdough is crafted with fresh-milled organic einkorn flour and naturally leavened with our wild starter (no commercial yeast). Expect a sun-gold, tender crumb studded with figs, a toasty, nutty aroma, and a crisp crust—small-batch and baked with all-organic ingredients.

Storage & refresh
- Keep at room temp in a sealed bag (not paper) for 2–3 days.
- For longer keeping, slice & freeze airtight; toast from frozen.
- To refresh crust: 350–375°F for 8–12 min, rest 5–10 min before slicing.
