Good Bread

This is a really nice bread made of all ancient grains, its very hearty and has a great crust and flavor. Definitely worth trying.

It’s einkorn, but...

Well, it’s einkorn, so it’s very healthy. It just didn’t taste hearty, wasn’t dense, somewhat disappointing. The choice of breads up for purchase was limited to two. Some of the others listed might have been better.

Delicious! but sometimes the quality of shipped bread varies...

I love 123 sourdough bread. But sometimes when I deliver the bread, the quality varies. One time it was extremely dry. This time the bread was a little dry and it was not so flavorful
