In just 2 fun-filled hours, professional sourdough baker Paul will guide you through the magic of the sourdough-making process — normally a 24-hour journey — condensed into a fast-paced, engaging workshop. Whether you’re a total beginner or a sourdough-baker, this class is for you!
You’ll mix, shape, and bake your very own loaf using just a few simple ingredients and age-old techniques. Paul’s expert tips and down-to-earth teaching style make it easy to follow along — and fun every step of the way.
You’ll leave with:
- A beautiful, fresh-baked sourdough loaf (made by you!)
- Recipes and step-by-step instructions to recreate the magic at home
- Your very own sourdough starter to keep the bread love going
