Our Organic American KAMUT® Sourdough is baked with American-grown organic KAMUT® khorasan wheat and organic hard wheat that we mill fresh in-house, then slow-ferment with our wild starter (no commercial yeast). Expect a sun-gold crumb, gentle sweetness, and a satisfyingly chewy bite—an ancient-grain loaf made the traditional way.

Just what the doctor ordered!

I wanted to find a local source for simple, healthy, ancient grain bread. I've adopted a diet from a cancer survivor and nutritionist (Jordan Rubin & Dr. Josh Axe) whose book included ancient grain sourdough bread. It's easier to digest, low in Gluten, has a lower glycemic index, and is gut-friendly. All that to say, bread made God's way can be good for you and incredibly tasty! It freezes perfectly and toasts up to a wonderful crisp, taking a bit longer in the toaster than other breads. Perfect and thank you for such a wonderful product!

Excellent Bread

I have become quite taken with the ancient grains sourdough bread that I purchase from the 123Dough and have never been disappointed. I believe I have now tried every bread they make. I enjoyed very much the Kamut sourdough bread and find it extremely tasty when toasted. So this is a rave review for this bread.
