Golden, nutty, and naturally leavened. Our Organic American KAMUT® Sourdough is baked with American-grown organic KAMUT® khorasan wheat and organic hard wheat that we mill fresh in-house, then slow-ferment with our wild starter (no commercial yeast). Expect a sun-gold crumb, gentle sweetness, and a satisfyingly chewy bite—an ancient-grain loaf made the traditional way.
