We wanted you to experience our bread as fresh as possible even if you’re many miles away. Through many trials and errors, we’ve finally found the perfect way for you to eat our bread fresh — we first partially bake our bread then safely package it to deep freeze. Then it’s your turn to do the rest. Once you receive your bread, finish baking it and it will come to its fresh bread life.

EASY 1-2-3 Steps

1. FREEZE
Freeze your bread in its packaging once it arrives & store it up to 6 months

2. THAW
When ready to eat, thaw your loaf at room temperature overnight

3. BAKE
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F, remove the bread from its packaging, and heat the bread loaf for 15-20 minutes. This will give you a soft and moist interior and a crispy crust. It might take some time but it’s worth the wait!

Each loaf weights about 500g.

Really great bread. Very pleased. Will order again.

I bake a full loaf once a week (after defrosting the night before in the fridge). Then after baking, I cool it, I cut in half, freeze one half, and enjoy half the first week and then the other half the next week.

Awesome bread

In general I don’t leave many reviews. This bread is so delicious…I have cleaned up my diet over the years and I had given up on bread. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I had ordered another mail order loaf (different bakery) not good and costly. Thought I was stuck with Ezekiel frozen bread (not satisfying, bad texture) Thank goodness for 123 dough!!! I look forward to eating this bread!! We did 2 loaves of the bake at home and they both came out perfect( I froze one) and so delicious. Highly recommend. Will be ordering every 2weeks. Thank you!!!

Love the bread but not every month...

We registered for the monthly Bake-at-Home Sourdough because we love the bread and are grateful that we have found someone who appreciates the quality of the grains used and the integrity of their process. It was our understanding that the bread would not be fully cooked so that we could finish the baking at home. However, several times the bread has arrived fully cooked and therefore too dry. Also, the last two months, the bread has a lot of holes in the slices. There’s less bread per slice making it not ideal for butter or other spreads. We’ve had the bread when it’s been at its best so we will keep ordering because we know what it can be..

Quality nutrition

I'm so thankful this is available. I'm minimizing modern wheat and need a good french-style loaf for soups, chilis, etc. I don't see myself nursing a sourdough starter. I love that I can have a hot loaf that is nutritious & lower glycemic index. The bread is dense and the flavor isn't bitter (but mild to moderately sour) for a whole grain. I do miss the fluffy white bread, but know this is so much better for me. And again, I love that I can eat it hot out of the oven!
