We wanted you to experience our bread as fresh as possible even if you’re many miles away. Through many trials and errors, we’ve finally found the perfect way for you to eat our bread fresh — we first partially bake our bread then safely package it to deep freeze. Then it’s your turn to do the rest. Once you receive your bread, finish baking it and it will come to its fresh bread life.

EASY 1-2-3 Steps

1. FREEZE
Freeze your bread in its packaging once it arrives & store it up to 6 months

2. THAW
When ready to eat, thaw your loaf at room temperature overnight

3. BAKE
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F, remove the bread from its packaging, and heat the bread loaf for 15-20 minutes. This will give you a soft and moist interior and a crispy crust. It might take some time but it’s worth the wait!

Each loaf weights about 500g.

*Currently we only deliver by ground to addresses in the following states: CT, DE, DC, IL, MA, MD, ME, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TN, VA.

Bake at home sourdough is very good

Awesome but...

Received six loaves of “Bake-at-home” bread (two each of the three types offered) two days after the anticipated delivery date. I shared three loaves with friends. Together, we baked four of the loaves the next day and all met with success, all enjoying the “freshly” baked bread. I placed two loaves in my freezer and baked one two days later and another a week later. I met with success again after overnight thawing each before the bake. I can only wonder how much better this bread might be if I had received it when anticipated (we all know current shipping struggles) or if I had the luxury of same day bakery pick up. Will hold out hope that future shipments may arrive more timely so as to be “at its’ best.”

I can eat for a long time by Bake-at-Home.
