Bake sourdough bread with your very own proofing basket.

Linen liner is sown into the basket, preventing the basket being pulled out when you lay down your dough on the baking surface.

This inner dimensions of this basket are roughly 8 inches in diameter and 4 inches tall.  This basket accommodates loaves weighing roughly 1.5 pounds or less.  

For best results, sprinkle flour inside the basket before use.  Shake out the flour and dry the basket right after use.
