Intensely Fruity - Our organic olive oil has an intense fruity flavor that is well-rounded with green tomato and a bitter almond finish. It has a spicy and persistent herbaceous aroma and is a slightly dense brilliant green-colored pure olive oil with golden-yellow reflections.
Hand Harvested Olives - This Sicilian olive oil is made with olives milled within 12 hours of being harvested by hand, the last 2 weeks of October through the first 2 weeks of November, continuously cold extracted and separated by centrifuge, allowing the oil to settle and then decanted naturally.
Flavorful Sicilian Olives - We use a selection of the best organic Monocultivar Cerasuola olives from the hillsides of Western Sicily to create our cold pressed olive oil.
