Refund policy
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund, if our product is unsatisfactory due to any production defect.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not consumed, and you will also need to submit a couple pictures of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not perform returns for perishable goods (such as bread), but we will evaluate returns for any non-perishable items. During any special cases such as the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges of any products once they have left our bakery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
